Have subscription pack but can't do any calls because i don't have enough credit

I have a PAYG sim card and 10£ Subscription Pack but I can't do any calls because I don't have enough credit to make this call right now and I must top-up first but I have 10£ Subscription Pack. Can anyone help with that?

@they4sieq is the number you’re calling a chargeable number ?  Not all numbers are covered by your call allowance.
