Hi,

Yesterday I purchased ee credit in order to top up my mobile through the app.

When I try to purchase a top up  there is a connection issue. I can't even text 150 or call the helpline, as I get the no credit available message.

Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks

Hi @dburf

Thanks for coming here 🙂

Is this a new EE SIM card?

Are you in the UK or abroad?

Speak soon.

Leanne 🙂

I don't understand what you actually purchased:

You top-up in order to have EE credit on your no.

What did you actually purchase & how? Perhaps you mean you bought a top-up voucher in a shop?

Hi Leanne.

I've had the sim card a while but havnt used it often. I'm in the UK, and used the EE app to add credit to my account.

I couldn't then use this credit to purchase add ons or subscriptions.

Thanks

Dan

Hi

I loaded £20 onto the EE app, which is linked to my number.

For some reason I was unable to purchase and add ons or subscriptions with this.

Thanks
