Getting subscription pack from Top up credit

Hi, I have just bougt my EE line and topped up £15. Now I need to convert to a subscription pack but it’s failing to go through. What should I do please??

Sorry to hear that it didn't work. Did you get an error message? Have you tried through the My EE desktop site?
