Hi I am trying to load my package on my pay as you go
I go to my bank details to rollover every 30 day
Then no minutes appear so what am I doing wrong.

I have also gone through security with my bank account too pay £9 on a rollover
So I expected £9 to be taken.

That's what AL is actually saying, is it? Or just what you think it should be? We're asking for the full AL response to see what it actually is.

I have worked it out my roll over package never renewed itself
It did not take money out of my bank account or give me minutes
And it should have done 4: Days ago

Looks like you haven't Set-up your Direct Card Payment.
In the meantime top-up with £10 & text PACK10 to 150. Then what does AL to 150 fully tell you?

I have set up card payment and why have Ee not taken it
I cannot text anyone my balance zero
Do EE take the of my card every 30: days so why has this not happened

i have tried adding on a pack 10 it won't work
Is EE always like this I have only been with you 6 weeks
