Extra Data not registering (Sim bought at Argos)

Hi!

Just bought a new EE Sim card at Argos.

It promised 20 GB pay as you go for £10 for the first 6 months.

I've topped up £10 but I was only given 5GB.

Why is the special offer not working?

I'm going round in circles.

The phone line is not helpful as I can't get through to anyone

@LValley67 : Look in your online MyEE Add-ons for the other 15GB. Sometimes it doesn't kick in until have exhausted the normal ration.

I don't understand what you mean by ads on.
