Hi, I can’t make head nor tale of the different info I’m reading online, just looking for a simple yes or no, I am a pay as you go customer and I’ve had the same pack that gives me a free boost add on after each 3rd top up for years possibly 7-8 yrs now, all I want to know is will my pack still be active In Tenerife, data, texts and calls, it was last time I went to Spain about 4 yrs ago but the answers online are conflicting, I’m worried as I’ll need to get my boarding passes for my return whilst out there so 100% need to be online via my phone???

Roaming charges for PAYG in the EU were brought in June but there is no simple Yes/No about them. 

For PAYG there are now roaming charges for using your pack allowances in the EU of either £2.50 / day, by texting ROAMEU1D to 150, or £10 / week, by texting ROAMEU7D to 150, to be taken only from your PAYG credit, not your recurring card payment. You will receive a msg upon arrival telling you about the charges for roaming in EU. If you opt to text neither or you don't have an active pack, you will be paying standard rates for calls & texts & need to buy a small add-on for data.
