Help! Im trying to add eu roaming for 7 days but cant seem to, im on PAYG thst renews every 30 days and have sufficient credit but cant activate it

Have you used you PAYG SIM in the UK. 

What roaming pass are you after.

@Matts77 : To use your pack allowances in the EU on PAYG there are roaming charges of either £2.50 / day, by having texted ROAMEU1D to 150, or £10 / week, by having texted ROAMEU7D to 150, to be taken only from your PAYG credit, not your recurring card payment. You will receive a msg upon arrival telling you about these charges for roaming in EU & inviting to take up these options. If you opt to reply neither or you don't have an active pack, you will be paying standard rates for calls & texts & will need to buy a PAYG add-on for data.
