I’ve been tried to sign in to my app for near a month now and it’s saying it’s down how long is it to fix it I can’t see how much min or data I got or less I text it

We completely understand how important it is to be able to manage your account online, it's a bit concerning that you've been seeing an error message for such a long time. Please give our Customer Service team a call on 150 where a guide in the technical team will be able to check your online account is still set up correctly.
In the mean time, you can always top up any EE pay as you go SIM card online using our Fast Top-up page.
