Eau roaming Pass weekly

Hi, i am travelling to Europe ( 3 countries ) for 3 weeks. Need to get confirmation that weekly roaming add on ( 10£) for 7 days do get renewed or this is one time only to use my package like home.

@Thewarraich It should automatically renew. Don’t forget to have credit on your account to pay for this.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

No, @Debb14 , This user discussion forum can't confirm anything about your specific account. Look for it in your add-ons.

If you are on contract, remember to text ROAMING to 150 before you leave UK to ensure roaming is enabled on your account.

To check roaming is active on your account, please text ROAMING to 150.

To check you've purchased a roaming add-on, please select Plans and subscriptions > Mobile plan > Add-ons in the My EE app.
