EUROPE Roaming from June 2023, I how do I pay the £10.00 charge for one week?

I have the same problem. Im in the EU, I have an active subscription and I have enough credit to pay for the 1 week roaming add on. When I try to activate it by sending ROAMEU7D to 150 I get a reply: you are not eligible for this add on.

Hi, I’ve just received a msg to say that I’ve now got access to my allowance for the next 7 days. It does take some time for this access to be applied.
