Hello, topped up today with the 15£ pack which includes unlimited minutes texts and 25gb of data. I Cant use data all of a sudden and any phone call i go to make days I do not have enough credit to make this call. I’ve already messaged balance to 150 and says I have the 15 £ pack. I’ve also turnt on airplane mode and turnt off my phone both didn’t work and I’ve now tried to take my sim out and put it back in this also does not work.

Have you been able to make calls and use data since adding your pack, or has this been an issue for the entire time?
