Pay as you go replacement sim

Hello my partners mum has lost her phone with her current pay as you go sim but needs this number to access’s all her important documents is there anyway I can get her sim back with the same number to access all her things needed

You need to call CS to report the loss & they will block it & send you a replacement SIM with the same no. to your UK addy.
