Just received a text message to inform me that as I haven't made a chargeable call / text within the last 6 months, EE are going to cancel my remaining credit and disconnect me within 3 months. I'm in my account portal online right now and can see that I have been 'charged' £0.70 for a call I made on 19th April 2024 (20 days ago), so wondering how it can be that I have received this text! As I'm in France for a while, I don't really want to call 150 as I may be charged for the privilege of reporting this error. This seems to be the only way to make contact with EE to resolve this, other than writing a letter (do people still do that??). Any suggestions anyone?
Thanks
Mark

Are you still able to send texts?
Try calling CS on the Freephone no. in my sig. on Skype over WiFi. It should be free.
