EE staff was being rude to me

I visited the EE store at 98 Long Acre, WC2E 9NR today to ask them help to change my pack because i cannot do so either in my phone app or website. I nicely asked the staff to help me adjust the pack, she took my phone and told me to do it in my app(as i already did for many many times). Then I told her i still cannot change my pack, she took my phone and send messages to EE 150 and then told me it's already changed(in fact it didn't). When I tried to ask more regarding to this issue, she went to someone else and ignored my request. Then I waited her to finish whatever she's doing with other customers. I asked again what is happening to my app and website, she asked me to wait and ignored me again. I still said thank you and left the store without any help received but a rude attitude. Now when I went back home I decided to change to another telecom company, but again, EE wont give me my PAC even I tried to text for several times.

THANK YOU EE FOR YOUR "WONDERFUL" SERVICE ATTITUDE IN THE STORE AND USELESS APP AND WEBSITE.

I really hope there's anyone who can assist me with my switch to other telecom and the punishments should be considered to the rude store stuff 🙂

Hi @Sakurakuro

Welcome to the community.

It sounds like your experience in store wasn't up to the standards we expect. I've sent you a private message to get some more information from you regarding that.

Have you tried requesting your PAC here?

@Sakurakuro : What pack do you currently have & which do you want?

What does texting AL to 150 from your no. fully report verbatim (it is free)?

If you think I helped please feel free to hit the "Thumbs Up" button below.
