EE spam call feedback

Hi, wanted to share my feedback about the call I received from EE marketing dept. They were very insistent offering me a "good deal" to subscribe for 24 month, I said thank you, I don't need it please keep everything as it is.

And then I was charged for this call. How is this possible? You call me with something I don't need and make me pay for it?

What is the difference between pay-as-you-go and others? Can I migrate to differetn subscription?

Anyway PAYG or whatever, I had enough to pay for the next month, they called me and charged this miserable 25p, and I cannot top-up 25p but 5 pounds minimum )) I'm sure they are doing this for reason.

@Ballsbreak :

  • With PAYG you have no commitment. You may stop paying whenever you like.
  • On contract you are committed to pay each month, usually for at least 12 months. You need to call EE to give 30 days notice in order to cancel it.

If you wish to change to a diff pack, top-up enough to buy it, text ALL PACKS to 150 & choose the pack you want. It will replace your existing pack when that expires. If you want it to start at once text NOW to 150.

@Ballsbreak : Complain to EE that you've been charged for an incoming call while in UK.
