EE spam call feedback

Hi, wanted to share my feedback about the call I received from EE marketing dept. They were very insistent offering me a "good deal" to subscribe for 24 month, I said thank you, I don't need it please keep everything as it is.

And then I was charged for this call. How is this possible? You call me with something I don't need and make me pay for it?

What makes you think you were charged for receiving a call?

If you're roaming abroad, then yes - incoming calls are chargeable, regardless of who they're from.

Incoming calls in the UK are free.

Number was: 0191 516 1645

This morning i'm -25p, I have unlimited package and it was the only voice call I had.

And there is only one 25p service in the  price list.

You were not called by the EE marketing dept. but by ResQ, 1 of EE's Direct partners . You should not be charged for it.

You're on PAYG? That 25p / call charge is only when you call them, not for incoming.

No, I have monthly pack. That's why I'm surprised. I pay monthly with the limits I'm happy to have, but still they find a way to take some more.

You have a 30-day pack. That's PAYG.
