Hi there,
I have an issue today where my pack should have renewed because I have enough credit, but EE's automated email and callbot is saying I don't have enough credit. Simple as that, just trying to get my pack to renew with the actual credit which is on my account, like it usually does automatically every month.
This is being stymied by the fact that live chat defaults to 'can't help, try calling', and calling is effectively a list of options from a bot with no avenue to talk to a human that I have discovered. Could a human from EE assist here?
