Make sure to leave a space after VO before inserting the voucher number for your top-up??? That’s what EE email said - after countless tries I returned to the shop and was told not to leave a space!!! Help line??? NONE of them work!!! Try to add another number? Can’t do that - says I have tried too many times - not true - only tried once - what a useless bunch of toffees

@JPR64 to call customer services you need credit on your account to pay the flat fee of 25p.
To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
