EE made a mistake ( pack30 )

Hello, just need a help to fix a mistake, when you using text services with word PACK30 to send 150, it come back with Sorry I did not recognise that. Please fix this, as there no chance to buy 125 gb of data, and dont tell me to use an EE App, as I deleted it long time ago as this App never working.

Thanks for help, and tommorov it will show 27 days left, and if I send Now it will not star as its started already, why ? Let me explain it.  This month I have an active pack, but EE system thinks what I dont have a pack, thats why I was receiving text massage from 150 what I dont have a pack and I need to top up to have a pack, then I called to 150 to confirm it, but Lady said everything is ok - I have a pack and im using a pack, so when I topped up in Saturday this activated a pack when I already had a pack and became as waiting pack with 30 days left, but today is 28 days left when im using a previous pack, its total mess with Ee system

A waiting pack shouldn't decrease its duration until it becomes the active pack. It's just held pending its start.

Ok thanks, later I may call them again, but today I got text from 150 what my internet is finish ( you have used all your data) when my internet is still working  & I have wrong balance, just to show to all how EE system is broke, and long time text message doesnt work, when I text Pack30, or Pack20, or add datd always system unavailable.IMG_0133.jpeg

Anyway, I think I dont want to call 150 anymore, I have better solution, I will not pay anymore to EE, not only for this, before when I changed a pack I lost lots of my free boost, and EE did not return it for me

Ok, I just will put screenshot of my balance here, as customer service could not see what my Waiting pack will last less than 30 days, from tommorov, but they helped me for my future pack adding little £ to my account, also text service to buy 30£ pack is working again,  and another little confusion is, Im not getting free boost anymore, when I texted boost to 150 I got reply what I need to buy 5 more pack to be eligible to choose free boost, but it says like this last three months despite I bought a packs.
