I'm in Thailand. I keep my English number by paying DD every month. EE say they're going to to stop my number because I don't make calls. Yet I pay monthly so as to keep sweet. If EE stop my number, they will hurt me severely. I need to hurt them first. Can you tell me the best way to hurt EE as EE is hurting me? I know this is not normal but I can't allow them to ruin my life without doing anything. Please tell me how I can hurt EE so much that they will stop hurting me.

@skajdd : Are you on contract or PAYG?
If you are contract & keep paying your monthly charge, EE would never stop your no. They wouldn't care how many calls you make or not.
If you are on PAYG, you won't be paying for it by DD. When did you last use it for a chargeable action? EE PAYG SIMs are deactivated after 6 months of non-use. You then have a further 3 months to call EE to reactivate it before it is lost completely.
To keep you no. you need to make a chargeable action like making a chargeable call or text, topping up or buying a Pack or Add-on, not just using your mins, texts or data from your pack.

@skajdd if it’s on pay-as-you-go, then you have to use it not using it means EE doesn’t know whether you’ve binned Sim card or not. Phone numbers are deactivated and then recycled when they are not used for long time this has to happen as there isn’t an infinite amount of phone numbers. This is a normal procedure by all telephone companies.
It’s a PAYG make a chargeable call/text to keep it activated it’s that simple.
