Hi I can’t make any calls it says calls to this number are barred

Are you just having this issue with one particular number or all numbers?

Are you in the UK or roaming?

Basically this is my number XXX XXXX XXXXXX I top up 40 pound pay as you go wen I was in the uk now am roaming and I can’t make any calls or have data wen I try to to call anybody it says calls this number are barred

All numbers even the ee customer service number and I am not in the uk I am roaming

Hi @Ahmedali241,

Did you use your SIM in the UK before you travelled?

To activate a new SIM, you need to make a call, send a text or use mobile data on the EE network in the UK.
