EE App and Addon issues

add on not working, I have been tried several times on different days, it leaves me stranded most times as I am out of the house and without internet to carryon my basic tasks. Add on kept on saying service is unavailable. 
Secondly, EE app has refused to verify me for months now so I cannot use app.

thirdly, I tried to buy a new Pack (PACK 20 to be precise) instead I got a new sim delivered.

Fourthly, I have been through the to customer service twice and they have tried to help and has even offered free date on those two occasions which I am grateful for and even sent a link for me to top up without issues however that hasn’t help as I am still faced with topping up and add on issues. 

can anyone help please. I am on pay as you go. I recently about (3months ago) ported to EE.

Which add-on is it?

Did you text to buy PACK20? That can't possibly send you a SIM.
