EE 2 sims same number issues activating the 1 with a pack

sim have 2 sims with same number 1 £10 the other 0 but can’t activate The new 1 order number 66632439 I’m currently on an I phone 12 mini.

You can't have 2 SIMs with the same no.

No the 1 with no pack activated but the one with 10 pound pack not activated that’s the problem

Do you have both SIM cards installed in the phone or just the one that is not currently working?

Yes in the uk never stepped foot outside of the uk

Yes I tried it in 2 slots on an android

Resolved they sent me a refund so they must have made a mistake.
