Double charge

I made one £13.50 top-up, but my bank account shows two £13.50 transactions: ‘Vesta EE Topup’ and ‘EE’. Has any one else been charged for duplicate payments and been refunded?

Welcome to the Community!

I'm sorry to hear you've got 2 payments showing on your account. Are both transactions showing as having cleared, or do either show as pending, as pending payments will often be held for a few days, and then refunded directly to you by the bank.

If both are showing as cleared then give our team a call, and they will take a look into what has happened.
