Direct card payments

New to EE. I’ve been trying to set up a direct card payment - going round in circles for past hour! I can’t find where to choose a package and enter bank details. Help please.

On the home screen of your online MyEE under Menu > My EE Mobile you will find "Set Up Card Payments".

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
Thanks for your response. I’ve been there several times but it just tells me “about” packs and will not let me choose one or set up payment.

I’ve tried logging in on-line as you suggested but with the same result - it will not allow me to set up card payment or choose a pack. It just takes me to “Choose a pack”, without giving me that choice! I’ve also deleted and re-installed the MyEE app but it’s made no difference. Also, rather worryingly, on the app, but not on the website, I can still access my details even after I’ve logged out, and had it confirmed.
I’m not sure I’d want to give my bank details with this level of security.

I would suggest giving us a call on 150 and the team will get your My EE account looked into for you.
