Delay my top up

My choosen card is under the balance now can I delay the payment to be every 22th each month instead of 16th of each month?

Welcome to the community,

You will have to speak to customer service to change billing date, but this will only happen from next month, as today is the 16th.

If they are taking money from your card and it is rejected, they will try once again within seven days.
