I used to have a pay as you go sim I stopped using it months ago and I’ve been told that I’m apparently in debt with you but because I stopped using the sim I don’t have my account number anymore so I don’t know how to pay what it’s saying I owe

It's not possible to be in debt on a PAYG SIM. You pay in advance of use.

The credit people because I am on a app which increases my credit score but I’ve only been on pay as you go with EE so it confused me
