Text STOP REC to 150 to stop any direct card payment. For good measure also text STOP PACK to 150 to prevent the pack renewing.

Hi @Ibby22

Thanks for posting.

The account pay as you go?

Have you set up recurring card payments?

Leanne 🙂

Thank you. Your solution has worked. I have just spent one hour trying to stop the recurring payment. EE needs to be 100% transparent regarding stopping and cancelling payments. It seems EE makes if very difficult for customers to reverse it stop payments.

Thank you for your valuable help in this matter. I hope in future EE makes it abundantly clear to customers on the app and website how to do this.

Thank you.
