Norm, when I use up all my data, I usually just set up another using the last four numbers of my bank card, but this time it wasn't playing ball. I had to add £30.00 credit, which meant I was £2.00 out of pocket because I get a discount for registering my card and paying monthly. So does anyone know why this happened. First time in 3 years of normally fantastic service. Thanks

Hey there @wilco58
Normally with the discounted cost of a pay as you go plan, this will be on a recurring 30 day pack that is automatically purchased again until cancelled.
In this case, could it be that you had used up all your data before the end of the 30 days, but still had calls and texts yet?
Here it wouldn't have automatically renewed as there was still time left for the other allowances.
My best recommendation here would be to give our team a call, and they'll be able to say exactly what has happened here and ensure you're on the best plan to suit here.
