Hello,
I'm registered on a £10 subscription pack with direct card payments, and it was meant to renew today. My money has left my bank account, but my data and minutes have not been renewed. Please help?

This happened to me too! I had plenty of data and then all of it disappeared all of a sudden without me having done anything to it. Have you been able to receive assistance on this?
