Data cannot be used after recharging

Hello,

I too up 10 pounds before, but my mobile phone shows no data, what is the reason?

@kaiyue  Credit on the account can not be used directly against data usage.  You’ve even got a text stating you need to purchase an add on or pack.     Credit on an account can only be used directly against calls/texts.   Data needs to be purchased via an add on to give you an allowance or you purchase a pack that gives you a data allowance and a call/text allowance.
