EE should pay a contribution to the NHS for causing stress. Running out of data on a pack: Its not clear how to get to the add-on pages on the website. When you finally figure it out, then there is ONE add on option on the website - £20 option. So then you decide ok I'll just get a new pack. But after getting a new pack, you have to cancel the old one so the new one starts. Its intentionally labyrinthine and steers you to pay over the odds for new data. I've been on this website for 30 mins and all I wanted was a small data boost between packs. Shocking service. Leaving these clowns.

can you buy an add on before your existing data runs out. Im on pay as you go and it appears you can't. The ee website is crap and just come up with an error when I have tried to. So I don't know if it is a website error or you just can't buy one until you are on zero data left

Welcome to the Community, @simwyn.
Whilst it's possible to stack plans at our end for future purchases, I'm not 100% sure on if this is available via self serve and with add-ons.
If you try sending a text with ADD ON to 150, it should present you with the available options, so this is worth a try.
You'll be able to do this even when your existing plan data has run out, too.

@simwyn : Yes, you may. Visit http://add-on.ee.co.uk/purchase when not connected to WiFi to see what data add-ons are available.
