For the past 2 days I have been trying to renew my 15 pack, which usually all goes well and is simple and quick however the last two days it keep saying that they cannot authorise my payment, nothing has left my bank but I’ve tried both my bank cards (only two I’ve ever had). I’ve already tried phoning 150 and doing it through there but still no use. @Helphelp

How is it you usually top-up? Will this be through the automated phone service, or online / through our App?
Also have you tried giving 360 a call like @354- suggested?

- ordered a phone 2 days, got a thanks for order email, tracking timed out in Orders
- Balance and charges in Pay as you go
- Refund in Pay as you go
- I need to make emergency call to family but got no credit in Pay as you go
- Pay as you go saying "it looks like you dont have enough credit to make this cal in Pay as you go
