My balance is saying I have £75 but my monthly bundle hasn’t renewed and when I try to renew it it is asking for a card payment. Grateful for any help.

If you text AL to 150, does the text that comes back confirm the £75 credit?

If it does, can you try to text NOW to 150 to see if that will add the pack?
