Changing payment method

I’ve been trying to change my payment method for my EE data to a capital one credit card. I input all my back details then press save my card. And it takes me to this screen and crashes. Nothing loads and it doesn’t get added to my EE account. Ive tried this on mobile AND laptop. Any ideas what’s going wrong and solutions?

Hi @C853

Welcome to the community.

If you haven't already, it is worth trying to clear the cookies and cache from your browser to see if that helps to let you change the details.

If you still see the same, give our customer service guides a call, and they can look into this further for you and see if they can update the card details for you.

@C853 : Text STOP PLAN to 150. This will cancel your current card as well not let your current plan auto renew. The next time you buy a pack it will allow you to pay by Direct Card Payment when you'll be able to supply your new card details.

Hi thanks,
I tried cancelling the plan and deleted my card. Tried repurchasing the plan and adding the new card. Same screen appears on mobile and same thing on laptop... 😞 it is a Mastercard credit card which says should be accepted. i'll try just adding some credit with the card tomorrow and see if i can save the card to then purchase payg direct debit

Is it a UK bank's Mastercard?

It won't be a DD but a Direct Card Payment. It uses your long card no., not your bank details.
