Hello @Shadinafifi ,

What do you mean? For what are you looking to change?

All sim only plans are either 12 or 24 months, which you pay monthly, you can check these out yourself or ring customer service and they will sort you out.

To contact EE customer service dial 150 from your mobile phone or ring customer service for free using web based app or another phone: +44 800 079 8586 or +44 800 956 6000.

Or do you mean you want to move from PAYG to contract?

If you think I helped please feel free to hit the "Thumbs Up" button below.

To phone EE CS: Dial Freephone +44 800 079 8586 - Option 1 for Home Broadband & Home Phone or Option 2 for Mobile Phone & Mobile Broadband

ISPs: 1999: Freeserve 48K Dial-Up > 2005: Wanadoo 1 Meg BB > 2007: Orange 2 Meg BB > 2008: Orange 8 Meg LLU > 2010: Orange 16 Meg LLU > 2011: Orange 20 Meg WBC > 2014: EE 20 Meg WBC > 2020: EE 40 Meg FTTC > 2022:EE 80 Meg FTTC SoGEA > 2025 EE 150 Meg FTTP

Am not in a 1 or 2 years contract. Pay as you go 1 month plan, so want to change it to permanent contract.

Yes that’s what I mean

@Shadinafifi You can do the switch from PAYG online by Switch to pay monthly and save . Your existing PAYG credit will be carried over as credit towards your future bills. You keep your existing SIM & no. The plan on it is just switched to contract.
