I'm trying to update payment card details using the app and online site. The manage tab on my app doesn't show a payments and billing option. Can someone help please with clear step instructions as I'm running out of credit and only need to add a new card.
These are the steps I've tried to follow
To add or remove a credit or debit card:
Open the EE app.
Go to Manage - Bills & Payments.
view the cards you're using and make a change.
The bills and payments step does not show up on my app ?????

Are you logging into your main online account to update your details? If so, what's happening exactly when you try to make these changes?

If you're still no further forward after these steps, please call the team directly so they can access your account and get your new card registered.
