I'm trying to update payment card details using the app and online site. The manage tab on my app doesn't show a payments and billing option. Can someone help please with clear step instructions as I'm running out of credit and only need to add a new card.

These are the steps I've tried to follow

To add or remove a credit or debit card:

Open the EE app.

Go to Manage - Bills & Payments.

view the cards you're using and make a change.

The bills and payments step does not show up on my app ?????

@cesjak32 : Buy a pack & choose to pay by direct card payment. It'll ask for the new card details.

There is no Bills & Payments section for PAYG as you don't have bills.

You won't lose your free Boosts when you buy another pack. Text STOP PACK to 150 1st to stop your current pack & use of your old card paying for it before you buy your next pack.

So I have to cancel my pack that runs until Monday and from what your saying there is no other way for pay as you go to change card details online or in the app.

Do the STOP PACK now & your current pack won't renew on Mon. trying to take payment from your old card. Then you can buy the new pack at any time using your new card.
