Hi I am signed into My EE and have £15 topped up. I click to choose a subscription pack and the website takes me to a page with a caption saying ‘Choose a subscription pack - pay by direct debit…’ and below only help options. There is no option to purchase the pack.

I called and spoke to someone who added the pack for me.

Hi I am experiencing the same issue. I added £15 top up and this was accepted. Then I tried on My EE but get the same page issues shown above. I have also tried by SMS and after getting the confirmation text - reply YES if I want the pack - nothing happens. I tried twice but my YES reply doesn’t work.

That lists the pack options. I already tried texting my choice PACK15.
I am asked to confirm my choice by replying YES. When I reply YES nothing happens.
I tried last night and this morning. That’s why I came to ask for support.
