Cancelled Recurring Plan - Remaining Plan Not Showing

Stairway91
Explorer

I just bought a £10 data / call / text plan, and then cancelled the recurring payment (as I only need this PAYG SIM for a month).

However, the remaining data is now not showing on my account, and it looks like I'm on a standard rate for calls and texts (even though I should still have all services covered by the initial payment for the next 29 days).

Is this right?

How did you cancel the recurring payment?

What does texting AL to 150 from your no. fully report verbatim (it is free)?

If you think I helped please feel free to hit the "Thumbs Up" button below.

To phone EE CS: Dial Freephone +44 800 079 8586 - Option 1 for Home Broadband & Home Phone or Option 2 for Mobile Phone & Mobile Broadband

ISPs: 1999: Freeserve 48K Dial-Up > 2005: Wanadoo 1 Meg BB > 2007: Orange 2 Meg BB > 2008: Orange 8 Meg LLU > 2010: Orange 16 Meg LLU > 2011: Orange 20 Meg WBC > 2014: EE 20 Meg WBC > 2020: EE 40 Meg FTTC > 2022:EE 80 Meg FTTC SoGEA > 2025 EE 150 Meg FTTP

The response is "Your current balance as of today 14:50 is £0.00. For more info on your plans, add-ons or free boosts, go to the EE app or ee.co.uk".

I cancelled the recurring payment directly in the app, where it said any unused data etc. would carry on until the end of the 30 days.

Currently, the app is showing I'm on a standard plan with no data allowance etc.
