Hiyya, 

I’ve got a 10£ subscription pack active on my mobile and I’ve got a 15£ one just now, how can I can the 10£ pack and make the 15£ pack active

Hi @Erollapooja 

Thanks for coming here. 

If you have topped up and selected the £15 pack and this is waiting, please text STOP PACK to 150 for the old pack, and then text NOW to 150 and this will start the new pack for you.
