Cancel Subscription Pack and go back to PAYG

Hi,

I'm living outside UK now so the subscription pack I had doesn't work where I am. Therefore, I need to cancel it. However, I would like to keep my number active. How can I return to PAYG?

Hi @Goffin,

STOP to 150 would be the correct text command to stop a pack renewing. You can also manage your pay as you go pack and any recurring card payments in the My EE app.

Hope this helps.

Hi @Goffin,

Welcome back to the EE Community. 🙂

You can text STOP to 150 to cancel your pay as you go pack.

Hope this helps.

Thanks James, but firstly, I want to cancel the Subscription Pack and return to PAYG.

Secondly, I don't think I can send a text to 150 from abroad.

Hi @Goffin,

Are you currently using a recurring pay as you go pack or a pay monthly contract?

Thanks James,

It seems my Pack has cancelled itself - maybe it got bored waiting to be renewed.

I've now added £5 to my account to see if I can use it - previously I added £10 and it was taken to renew the pack which I couldn't use.

No problem @Goffin 🙂

And it worked, so I'll be able to keep my number.

Thanks again,

So there is no way via the app on online to cancel an auto-renew? Seriously?
