How can I cancel a recurring top up? I've tried finding the option on 150 and I get pushed to customer services which for some reason I can't get to because I don't have credit!
This entire PAYG eco system is disgusting, it automatically puts you into a recurring top up, you hide away the option to cancel and you put customer service behind another paywall? Keep in mind I have 10s of SIMs active, I've sinked 100s of pounds into these accounts and this is how EE likes to treat such a customer?
Not only that; when you have multiple accounts onto one email login, you currently can't manually top up a selected account because it reverts you back to the same account when you get to the card payment page. This is why I'm in this mess in the first place.
You do realise making life easier when people pay makes it more likely that they will keep paying?

@denisecudmore54 : It was correct for cancelling your recurring card payment but you really want to cancel your pack & just have traditional PAYG. That can only be done by sending a text (STOP PACK) from the SIM itself.

I NEED TO CANCEL THE TOP UP , THE EE CHRAGE MY CR CARD WITHOUT ASKING ME AND I NEED TO CANCEL AND STOP THE CHARGING PLEASE HELP !!

When you log in to your My EE Online does it show you have a recurring top up in place?
If yes, you can text STOP REC to 150.

Thanks for your message, when I checked my bank account its shown the EE they are going to charged my credit card from 21 Feb without asking me and I dont need it now, because I am outside of UK & EU at the moment and I tried to chat with teem but no body answer !
Any way I would like to make sure they did not TOP UP because I dont need it at the moment.
Please help to stope this TOP UP.

If this is a recurring top up you can stop this by logging in to your My EE account.
As you are currently abroad if you do not wish to cancel this within your My EE I would recommend giving us a call on +44 7953966250.

Texting STOP REC to 150 works. They reply to confirm, and you text YES back.

Try the following link to delete your cards that are used for top up - took me a while but i think they are hidden on purpose.

Would you believe me if I tell you that after years of this post being online, the problem still persists? You just won’t find an easy click on ee app to end recurring topups, ridiculous right?!
