That isn’t the question asked though. How can we cancel the Difect Debit and set up recurring payment authority to charge to a credit card instead?

It doesn’t give an option to enter credit card details though!

Hi @Ade1701,

Sorry, recurring credit card payments are not accepted.

If you'd like to pay with a credit card, you would need to make manual payments each month.

@Ade1701 : You need to cancel your DD with EE & then you can pay manually each month by the due date with a bank card.

Incorrect. Recurring card payments (were) are accepted.

I have one set up,  hence why I said "are". "(Were)", cos Iv been trying to change the card to a different card, but can no longer find the options to do that. 

 

@Ade1701 , I'd suggest calling through to EE directly. I'm about to do that myself. 

@WhoKnows05 : I think you are talking about PAYG. We are talking about contracts.

On PAYG they are now known as "Direct Card Payments".
