Hi I bought sim in Asda
I didn't put sim card to my phone in UK
Already I'm in Poland and I put New sim card to my mobile.
I received welcome SMS from ee
I created account and installed Ee app

I created account to my email address.

I can't add this mobile number to my EE app

I received pin to add number but when I pun pin to app I have information ..... Try again later or call 150.  (I can't make call btw)

I too up account for £5

But I can't use it also I can't call any number.

When  I  call on this number from another Mobile I have information Mobile number is currently unavailable.

I can see Network is working on this sim card but I can't use this number.

How can I activate this sim card when I'm abroad?

Thanks

P.

@Shshsshs : You can't! PAYG SIMs need 1st activating on EE's home UK network before they can be used abroad. If it wasn't you can't now use it until you return to UK.

If you think I helped please feel free to hit the "Thumbs Up" button below.

To phone EE CS: Dial Freephone +44 800 079 8586 - Option 1 for Mobile Phone & Mobile Broadband or Option 2 for Home Broadband & Home Phone

ISPs: 1999: Freeserve 48K Dial-Up => 2005: Wanadoo 1 Meg BB => 2007: Orange 2 Meg BB => 2008: Orange 8 Meg LLU => 2010: Orange 16 Meg LLU => 2011: Orange 20 Meg WBC => 2014: EE 20 Meg WBC => 2020: EE 40 Meg FTTC => 2022: EE 80 Meg FTTC (no landline number)
