Why I can’t proceed top up , no space to enter authentication code and can’t press confirmation.
i am able to do online top up since January 2021, but unable to do it these two weeks. My value is nearly used up .

There is no option to top up online at all. I get the error message: "unable to accept payments to that number" (!?)
Yet when I try the route of dialling 0800 079 8586, and follow top up instructions I CAN top up. Why did EE remove online top up? And why is my number not recognised?
I sent the message BALANCE to 150 but received no reply. Nor can I read my balance on my EE Account. Balance information does not exist.

@DrWho : Have you tried using Fast Top Up online with a UK bank card? You don't need to login or register anything. All you need is your mobile no.
