  • Can't make calls nor send text despite enough credit. Can only receive texts. I'm not even allowed to call 150 from my EE network. I have been a pay as you go customer on EE since 2002. I last texted with my EE network on 31.10.2025...Its frustrating

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

EE standard opening hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 9pm - Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 8pm.

@Rabbi-Eddie : Are texts to 150 going OK? If so, What does texting AL to 150 from your no. fully report verbatim (it is free)?

When did you previously make a chargeable action? Was that the text in Oct. this year?
