I'm logged in into my EE account. I've successfully topped up my account. I have enough funds to get £10 pay as you go subscription pack but everytime I do it I get a payment error, screenshot below. I tried 3 different cards, all have enough funds. What's the problem?

Apart of topping up my account every 6 months, I haven't done any other chargeable actions on my account in the past 12 months.
So does it mean I've lost my number? When I log in to my account, I can see my number and I can see my £10 credit

Looks like it! Maybe your top-up just missed its deadline if you left it to the last moment.
You could try calling CS to see if it can be reactivated.
