I'm in the USA and I'm unable to connect to any network. I've tried both via Automatic Selection and manually testing all available networks (AT&T, Verizon, etc) and I either get no bars or one bar that shortly fades out. People with US phones sitting next to me are able to get connection on these networks, with 3-4 bars. I've plenty of credit on my account. Roaming is on. I have an iphone7. Thanks very much.

@jbr888 There is no setting you need to enable as your on PAYG. Have you restarted the device since you got there ? Is 4G enabled? You need this on and you’ll connect to AT&T

Did you use that PAYG SIM for making calls or texts in UK before you left to go abroad? EE PAYG SIMs need 1st activating on EE's home UK network. If it wasn't you can't now use it until you return to UK.

Hi thank you. Yes I’ve restarted my device, and it’s always been 4G, I’m not sure how to enable or disable it. It’s an iPhone 7.

Thanks for coming back to us.
You can find this within Settings > Mobile Data > Voice and Data, select 3G.
How long ago did you last use the SIM card to make a chargeable call, text or topped up the account?

Thanks for your reply. Unfortunately this path:

doesn't exist on my phone. There's no `Voice and Data' option

What options do you get if you go into Settings > Mobile Data?
Are you able to try the SIM card in any other phone to see if this connects?
