I received my EE pay-as-you-go SIM today, I activated it, and I am getting 4G signal. I linked it with my email and followed the instructions to link my number and SIM to my account through "link a device". However, when i try to view my balance/top up on the app or website, it tells me to link a device, even though I have already done so. When I try to do it again it tells me i have already done so. How do i access my account to check how much data I have used, etc.? Thank you.
